Verva Multimedia Festival
A&O supported open-air festival in Poland with FALCON fixtures
On the 2nd June 2007, the Polish city of Plock celebrated its annual fair with a creative multimedia show in the open air. On the "Vistula Riviera", a stretch of sand on the banks of the river Vistula, which flows through the city, lighting designer Pawel „Spider“ Pajak (FISH EYE) staged the "Verva Multimedia Show". The equipment was supplied by the distributor A&O Lighting Technology GmbH of Oyten, which is near Bremen in the North of Germany.
On the opposite side of the river to the spectators, the A&O team flew FALCON BEAM 3,000-watt xenon searchlights manufactured by alpha one alongside FALCON FLOWER 3,000-watt and FALCON BEAM 7,000-watt models from the same manufacturer, which were standing. The production was commissioned by the city of Plock and the mineral oil company PKN Orlen, which is based there. Over 80,000 people came to the riverside to enjoy the open-air spectacle.
