FALCON® FLOWER at TOPtrendy Festival in Poland

While Germany followed the Eurovision Song Contest being „crazy about Lena“, our Polish neighbours rather concentrated on TOPtrendy, the competition tv program. The biggest polish music event „TOPtrendy Festival 2010“ took place this year at the Hipdrom Sopot racecourse in Danzig / Poland. The usual location, the old Waldoper is currently undergoing refurbishment. A tent, bigger than a football field, hosted starlets and celebrities from the music, cabaret and comedy industry for three days, from 28th - 30th May 2010 to rock the stage.

Main act of the show was the polish singer Edyta Górniak who celebrated her 20th stage anniversary.

GiG placed an order at A&O Technology of a total of six FALCON® FLOWER 7000W and two FALCON® FLOWER 3000W for the event.

Lighting Designer Artur Szymon (www.lightup.pl) created magic producing a beautiful stage design using the striking Xenon Flower projectors while assembling the FALCON®s as atmospheric highlights.

Main day for the FALCON®  FLOWER of manufacturer alpa one being in action was the 29th May on which the competition „Trends“ took place. Young talents, who represent a new wave within the local music scene, performed together. Polsat, the biggest polish radio and tv station supported the music event.

TOPtrendy is divided into two parts: TOP presents the best selling artists of the previous year and TRENDY is a competition for young upcoming talents who are at the beginning of their career. The third day belonged to the local cabaret artists and stand up comedians.
