Fine art photographer stages Swiss mountain mass with AO Lighting

CHALLENGE

The fine art photographer Adrian Bischoff is engaged for some time in a special art project. In focus is the illumination and photography of mountain landscapes during moonless nights. One of his motifs is the Matterhorn, a Swiss landmark and one of the world’s  most well-known mountains. For the realisation at the Matterhorn the photographer searched for suitable light sources and found it by AO Lighting and its creative department AO Creative.

REALIZATION

AO Creative realised submontane a temporary installation of xenon searchlights. Only three FALCON BEAM 3.000W searchlights from a distance of 5.8 kilometres complied with the aim to bathe the 4.478 metres high mountain in light.

RESULT

The project shows, how far-reaching the light of the FALCON searchlights is and how effective their light is on natural areas.
